My goodness me, what an afternoon Class 3 have had! Whilst some of them were out at a Climbing Tournament, the rest cracked on with preparing all the vegetables for the Gallop soup this Saturday.
Twelve intrepid young chef’s peeled, sliced and chopped for a full two hours! Then four children even volunteered to stay behind after school until everything was completed – what stars! Terry, from The Sir William Hotel, popped over to say hello and see how we were getting on. He even stayed for a while to show the children some of his cheffy skills!
I am sure you will agree with me from the pictures below that this year’s soup was very professionally prepared!
