Here you can download forms and letters given out at school.  If a form needs filling in, it is often more convenient to download it, print it off and complete at home.

Always Available:

Since the government changed the rules concerning holidays in term time, all such absences have to go down as unauthorised (this is out of school’s control – see our Attendance Policy for more information).  However, in exceptional circumstances, absences from school may be authorised.  The following form needs to be submitted, ideally two weeks prior to any known occurrences.
